I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the city center and right next to the railway station. It made it so convenient for me to explore the city and catch my train easily. The service provided by the staff was exceptional - they were friendly and always ready to assist. The room was cozy with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the electric kettle provided.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Spent my Xmas here and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleaners were especially polite. the rooms were kept warm, which was ideal for the cold winter weather. the hotel's location is very convenient, with shops and restaurants close by and the train station just a short walk away. They also had free Wi-Fi and provided complimentary water in the room, which was a nice gesture.

The hotel needs some improvements, particularly in terms of the breakfast buffet which lacked variety. the carpets in the rooms were quite worn out and stained, and it was quite noisy due to the single-glazed windows.

This hotel may be convenient for budget travelers arriving by train, as it is right across from the train station and close to Harbin train station. It is also a short cab ride away from the pedestrian street. the rooms, while not luxurious, are at least functional, though the carpets could use a good vacuuming.

Great location for transportation, only 2 minutes to train station and easy to find a taxi. Just a few steps away from the airport shuttle bus stop. The hotel facilities are well maintained and clean. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful.
